We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. New Year's Day Cook!

It's a cold and rainy day here in Mississippi... But a great day on the covered patio by the fireplace, cooking on the Egg, and watching the Bowl Games. I absolutely love having a TV out here!! Cooked chicken on my new swing rack, then cooked a pan of cornbread - Black eyed peas and boiled cabbage on the stove, both seasoned with hog jowl. Hope everyone has a GREAT 2013! Anyone know why these pics are sideways posting from my iPad?
