New LBGE owner - first up, brisket
My wonderful wife got me a LBGE for Christmas and finally got to crank it up. The recommendation by the family was a brisket for the first outing. I have read many of the posts regarding grillin a brisket and thanks to all. I feel as though it should be no problem after y'all's input. I have a 6# that just went on. Will post pics later.
Glad to be part of the club and I can already see the gas grill starting to rust.
