After awhile, lots of Chinese dishes start looking the same.  However, there are vast differences in taste.  I was very pleased with this recipe.  I watched this video  ( http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xfwnky_great-chefs-szechuan-prawns_news#.UOIvXInjlgu )image 
 It didn't give any ingredient amounts so I just put in what I thought would be good.  I didn't take notes, but I think I nailed it.  It was super good.
