Just wanted to say hello!!!
First cook was steaks TREX style and they turned out great!
Second cook quatered chicken on the grill for an hour with Hickory! Also awesome!
Tonight I'm doing a pork tenderloin. We will see how it goes?
I am new to the egg but not to grilling and have to say I was worried about a learning curve on this thing but so far so good
Medium Egg was christmas gift from the wife.
