Cooked the Moroccan Mixed Grill from the BBQ Bible. Turned out well, I'll repeat. I couldn't find all the seafood I was looking for at Central Market, so next time ill have to try Whole Foods or Quality Seafood.
The bread was a rock hard day old baguette that I sawed in half, spritzed with olive oil and threw on the grill; it resurrected pretty well.
