We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. First Cook - Chicken Wings

I decided to keep it simple on the maiden voyage and try some wings. Used a commercial spicy chicken rub on some, lemon pepper some and a spicy teriyaki sauce on the remainder. I thought they were very tasty, but more importantly, my 15 year old daughter said they were the best wings she has eaten. So, either they were pretty good or my previous efforts were nothing special. :-)
