We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Christmas Eve Dinner

This is Christmas Eve dinner I cooked for my girlfriend. Steaks with crab stuff portabellas and asaparagus. Of course I topped mine with Blue Cheese. I washed it down with a Shiner Bock in a schooner mug. I love everything about Texas. On another note........she gave me tickets to the George Strait concert in San Antonio. She gave me two tickets and now I have to figure out to pay for the rest. She's smarter than I am. Thanks for looking TarHeelBBQ
