BGE Cookbook Recipe - First Bread on the Egg

Tried this from the BGE cookbook and it is some great bread. We substituted pecans for the pistachios since that's what we had. The DW actually made the bread dough, I just put it on the egg and decided when it was done. http://i1156.photobucket.com/albums/p575/DrkmInWA/43daf8e8a7964565c562b7db087ccff3.jpg It has dried apricots, dates, raisins and rosemary coriander butter in there.
