Spreading the love this Valentine’s Day with your EGG? Virginia Willis’ three course menu is perfect for a date night! February is also National Chocolate Lover’s Month, so don’t feel guilty if you’ve been cooking a little more dessert than usual on your EGG. If you’re looking for something a little more savory than chocolate, try some Roasted Chicken Flatbread or Pork Tenderloin with Honey Mustard.

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the History of the EGG Museum and the Culinary Center too!  3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340.

My wife (the greatest) recently bought me a large BGE a few months ago for passing the CPA exam, and it has been the greatest gift ever. Have cooked several types of meat, and all have turned out great. She got me a cyber-q wifi for Xmas so now I'm thinking of smoking a Boston butt. If anyone is on the fence trying to decide to but an egg or not....go for it. You will not regret it.

  • Congrats on the exam and the egg.  Go for it with the butt.

No offense, but I'm rooting for the Irish after last year's LSU beatdown.  Normally I'll root for an SEC team if it ain't LSU, but y'all have met your quota of BCS championships the last few years.
This is my signature line just so you're not confused.

  • Thanks guys, the site seems like a great resource for answers and help. No offense taken Nolaegghead! I'm pretty sure the rest of the country is also pulling for the Irish.. People are tired of the SEC winning the nat title, and want to tear down the successful. I think the Irish are overmatched in this one though! Hoping for another bama nat title and for my falcons to win it all this year!
  • GO REBS! Go SEC! Welcome to the board!
  • Congratulations on the Test and on the Egg. What a wife, you better keep her !

  • Welcome, congrats on the new egg and you do know that new egg owners with CPA credentials share their tax knowledge (do the returns) for all on the forum who help them, don't you?

    Good luck!

  • Thanks guys...taxes aren't my speciality but could offer advice for grilling tips?!

BigGreenBamaGriller....already planning on being at the opening day game in Atlanta next year against Va Tech.  Great game to go to considering I live about 25 minutes away from the Ga Dome. I'm thinking of smoking a butt the night before for tailgating since transporting egg would be a hassle.  RTR
