My wife (the greatest) recently bought me a large BGE a few months ago for passing the CPA exam, and it has been the greatest gift ever. Have cooked several types of meat, and all have turned out great. She got me a cyber-q wifi for Xmas so now I'm thinking of smoking a Boston butt. If anyone is on the fence trying to decide to but an egg or not....go for it. You will not regret it.

No offense, but I'm rooting for the Irish after last year's LSU beatdown. Normally I'll root for an SEC team if it ain't LSU, but y'all have met your quota of BCS championships the last few years.

Thanks guys, the site seems like a great resource for answers and help. No offense taken Nolaegghead! I'm pretty sure the rest of the country is also pulling for the Irish.. People are tired of the SEC winning the nat title, and want to tear down the successful. I think the Irish are overmatched in this one though! Hoping for another bama nat title and for my falcons to win it all this year!

Thanks guys...taxes aren't my speciality but could offer advice for grilling tips?!
BigGreenBamaGriller....already planning on being at the opening day game in Atlanta next year against Va Tech. Great game to go to considering I live about 25 minutes away from the Ga Dome. I'm thinking of smoking a butt the night before for tailgating since transporting egg would be a hassle. RTR
