This was a late night creation that I have to share with y'all.

I didn't make it on my BGE, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't have.

    Those are fabulous.  When in the process did you add the bacon?  Was it cooked before you added it?

  • Hey @NecessaryIndulg, did you have trouble rolling the cooked bacon into the stretched dough? How done/crisp was the bacon after the first cooking?

  • That just about "takes the cake" as far as bacon is concerned.......Now if I could just perfect my bacon encrusted french fries!

    I cooked the bacon to "just done", and then rolled the bacon with the strips of dough.  Bake according to the package directions.
