We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. 20" of snow + Xmas gifts+ egg=(pics)

After snow blowing my driveway and shoveling my deck for hours I decided it wa time to use new gift. I ran the cables from my new TW8060 from thermoworks out of my egg and threw between French doors into my house. At that point I no longer had to leave my warm house. I made a chicken roaster, with carrots, onions, garlic and potatoes in the drip pan. Loved using TW8060 for the first time! Without opening the egg (or door) I knew roaster was at a perfect to to pull! It was also fun cooking in biggest storm of the year!
