...your adjustable rig and swing rack be full,

...your stone crisp your crust,

...your Sous Vide enjoy it's new home,

...your Thermapen be on point,

...your Stoker maintin the fire,

...your spider, woo, wiggle rod, and ash tool be close at hand,

...your butcher or fish monger recognize the need for quality,

and I clink my glass to your glass and wish each of you a happy and healthy New Year.
