Here's what I'm talkin' about! Planked salmon below, shrimp skewers on top. Shrimp ws done first then moved salmon to top. Used a little alder for smoke. Ragin' River rub on the salmon, some hoisin sauce on the shrimp. Cooked both to 140F internal temp. Went over really well!
