Christmas eve bird!

Since we do not celebrate T-day in Greece we do turkey on Christmas.

So in the XL went a 12pd bird rubbed with lemon pepper and coffee mix and stuffed with minced beef- cured and smoked pork tender loin-wild mushrooms-rice- cheese and cherry tomatoes stir fry. Lots of butter under the skin and cherry wood in the EGG.

350F indirect till 160 IT in the breasts,172 leg side.

Fantastic meal and I will be eating salads and sandwiches with it for many days!
