Hello All,
I'm making some plans for traveling up to the Rose Bowl on New Year's and wondering if anyone has good advice about what appetizers will work best with limited reheating options. I'd love to try some Turtle Eggs, ABTs and wings, plus maybe some potato bacon bombs but I'm not sure if these will travel and reheat well. We'll probably only have a little propane camping stove for reheating. Any thoughts eggers?

I've had issues reheating anything wrapped in bacon. Tends to be a little soggy and just never quite the same.

That's exactly what I was thinking/worried about @seanwiley. I'm thinking maybe wings, moink balls and turtle eggs. Anything else you guys can think of that I'm mising out on?

I have reheated bacon without trouble make sure to get very crisp to start and let cool down to room temp before covering. If you cover earlier it will steam and soften bacon. Also if stuff inside is very wet it will soften bacon too.Greensboro, NC
