Wangs

Got two batches of wings marinating for tomorrow night. 1 batch of Cazzy wings and 1 batch of Jerk wings using Sam's recipe. Can't wait.

  • Well, you will just have to wait, like a kid at Christmas, they have to marinate to give them that extra zip. How long did you let Cazzy's marinade steep? Two days and it is golden, I also use it on asian single cut ribs. 
    Sam's is the best jerk I've ever had, did them last week.
