Hello I am wondering if you can safely move an egg that is in a table. I have a trailer that I can roll it onto and strap it down.

I would think so, but one should put some cushioning around the hole to keep it from moving as well as from banging on the table edge. I would put some padding under it as well, I saved the thick piece of cardboard that came in the original packaging for just such an occasion. Also, I would take the other components out and wrap them in old towels or something then put them back in.
Every time my elbow bends my mouth flies open. -
Wrap a thick blanket around it and tape it down through the hole.Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

I've done it many times. Put something like a towel in between the lid and base.Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.
