Anyone have a ProQ for cold smoking? If so do you like it?

Want to do a pork belly with all of the discussions on this forum and the ProQ seems to be an inexpensive way to go.


  • ive got a pro - q 20 excel. It's 3 levels, with a little smoldering piece of coal and some sawdust im sure I could get it to cold smoke. Haven't had the need to yet.

    $33, lots of gourmet smoke dust flavors at  Only used once, it has been a good investment.  My 5 year old has already put down a nice sized block of peach smoked cheddar.  Honestly, did not think he would care for it.
