Legs and Wings

Wings were last night, legs tonight.  This was just supposed to be about the legs, but the wing pics looked good so what the heck.

The original title was Pickled Legs, because the overnight marinate turned into a four day marinate.  Pretty spicy, but still delicious.  Done at 400, raised grid, for about 40 minutes until all the legs were at least 180.  Raw chicken is yucky.  Even well done they were dripping with fat.  Marinade was Allegro Hot & Spicy.

Wings were marinated in Dichicko's Garlic, and frozen for a week before thawing and cooking.  Done indirect, at 400 for about 40 minutes, until they looked right.  Nice and tangy.
