Tis the season for some smoked cheese!

I have 15 pounds of sharp cheddar getting happy on the XL right now, using the soldering iron, bean can trick. It all fit on the main grid. Bought it today at Sams, in five pound blocks. Cut each block into eight equal sticks. I usually give it out at work to my crew as a small Christmas gift. Just the right temp outside here (38 degrees). Hope everyone is having a great evening!
