We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. First Butt - Success!

Hi All,

I finished my first butt, and I must say it exceeded all of my expectations!

8.5 pounds, cooked for 16 hours at 225 dome, pulled at 200 internal. I started it late evening on Friday and it was done for dinnertime Saturday.

Thumbs up from all guests!
