Turkey Breast

I'm doing a "bone in" 7 lb turkey beast today. I'm looking for some feedback as I have never done one before. Dome temp, est cooking time, pan or no pan, ect. Thanks in advance for your responses.

i would follow mad max's tried and true recepie. although since you are just doing a breast do not ice it.

You can't go wrong with Dr. BBQ. I love everything he cooks.

On this video, he shows you how he does turkey breasts two different ways. I might try the Cajun one first.

I did mine for T-day like this, it was great. Just seasoned it a little different.
