Quick question as my egg is getting to temp. now. I read the archives about temps and times, but do you cook fish on a raised grid or not?
THANKS!!!!!

I always cook fish Direct on a raised grid @350 degrees.
1/2" fillets take 5 minutes per side. Be careful you don't overcook as they will dry out fast.
Enjoy!

dawgtired, if you use a raised grill you won't get that nice golden brown color until it's overcooked. However, recently I have been cooking my filets on a sheet of non-stick aluminum foil with slits cut in it. The fish doesn't get brown (or grill marks) but it is delicious.

Wise One,
raised grid in the small at 350* direct - whole fish 15 mins per side - and you are so there! Fillets - 10 mins per side max. Joe
