It's a Crumby Job........

Started off with a perfectly good loaf of sourdough bread made from a San Francisco strain starter.

Turned it into two packs of Panko crumbs and one (closest to you) of regular crumbs made from the crust.

Homemade crumbs are as good as you'll get. I also do a seasoned variety of these........all this stuff is pretty easy, else I couldn't do it!!

    :) There wasn't any "rest"! That was the entire loaf down to the last crumb!!
