We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! It's a Crumby Job........

Started off with a perfectly good loaf of sourdough bread made from a San Francisco strain starter. 


Turned it into two packs of Panko crumbs and one (closest to you) of regular crumbs made from the crust. 


Homemade crumbs are as good as you'll get. I also do a seasoned variety of these........all this stuff is pretty easy, else I couldn't do it!!
