We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! New Table

Hello All, We are new to the group and cooking with a BGE. We bought a large BGE last week from FW Grills in Fort Worth. The guys at the store were awesome to deal with. The store also stocks all of the accessories. Today we put the egg in it's new table. Its a blast trying to figure out how to cook on it. We have an old 1880's chuckwagon we use on the ranch. Most of our ranch cooking has been on a open mesquite fire with dutch ovens.
