We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Pigs and Hens couple of cooks

Kids took the T'day leftovers home sunday we egged a 2 rib pork chop that we had broken down from the rack we purchased at Costco

Last night cooked a hen under the full moon

Compound butter under the skin, Cluck and Squeal on top of skin.  Cooked direct on woo.  Place chicken on small at 450 and closed down vents to get to 350.  Rested for maybe 5 minutes (it was late and we were hungry).  Juicy and very tasty.
