I couldn't resist the free shipping for the High-Que.  It just arrived today.

Can't wait to try it Friday night as I'm cooking 5 large (26 oz.) T Bones for friends.

  • Your coal is certainly going to have more access to air.  The little chunks of coal won't be getting stuck in the grate.  I personally think it's a good investment.

    Travis - did you get one for your medium? My MBGE was a nightmare on low and slows, wiggle stick every hour or so. Once the High-Q went in I sleep like a baby - no more Maverick alarms....
