I made a 15LB Turkey and a 7LB Ham for Thanksgiving, and everyone took leftovers and now the house is empty and I still had an Ass Load of Turkey. Went to http://griffinsgrub.wordpress.com/2012/06/06/turkey-tetrazzini/ and it was like Christmas day.
Pretty much made this exact recipe except I blended the Velvetta cheese into it instead of smothering it on top and used Bow Tie pasta instead of Angel Hair. Also used some DP Swamp Venom when I threw it all together.
It was Awesome!!!
