We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Saturday overnighter

Planing on eating with a friend and his family. The poor guy never had real BBQ in his life, only grilled meat, so I thought a low and slow pork collar would be a great first time experience for him since he will keep all the leftovers for BBQ fajitas for the week.


Here it is after 7.5 hours at 250F injected with apple-apple cider mix few hours before hitting the EGG
