Well, I have a lot more to go. Have to finish border tiles, tv mount/ enclosure, install the Fridge, make and install the steel/SS doors and install the stereo. Also thinking about building a metal roof.
The other night I used premixed mortar for the bottom tiles. The stuff just isnt drying. Going to have to pull some off and use the bagged stuff. I know it gets hard at low temps. wanted to get the grout done on them today but that isnt going to happen.

Thanks for the kinds words. Just a do it yourselfer. First time working with most of these materials like hardi, metal studs, concrete counters, stucco, and so on. Had an idea of what I wanted and laid it out. Hated not having counter space, no where to wash hands, using the kettle to cook in my Dutch ovens and so on. Going to ad a 32 LCD I got at the Walmart deal for 148.00. Have to fab up an enclosure.
I know. Winter is here. Hoping my fil will bring some pipe so I can get started. He is a retired pipe fitter and told me that he thought he had some. Again, trying to do it on a low budget. Have to hit the scrap yard again and see what they have -

Very nice. I am about to start a similar project and have a question. What was your procedure for getting water out to your sink? I think mine is going to be a real pain to the point where I might not do it. Don't really have anything close by other than sprinkler lines.

I haven't ran the water line yet but the plan is to run pex underground. Not to deep. Then hook it up to a manifold on the outdoor spicket. Point of use hot water tank will go under the sink. Just. Low the lines out in the winter. Good idea to make sure your lines are rated for potable water.Plano_JJ said:

Nice job, your going to love having a sink out there. It's great how you gave your Weber respect with a custom garage, way to go.
