    I don't really blame you for no pictures, let's be honest.. entire family over etc.. not exactly time for "hold up gotta take a pic to put on my online forum" time lol
  • I did a combo Alton Brown Brine and cooked Mad MAx style.  Phenomenal!! Gravy was very good as well.  I used half handful of Apple chips and Half Cherry.  Maybe the best thing I have coked on the egg thus far.  Incidentally I stuck 4 extra legs in the roaster, WOW, so good.  Thanks to everyone for all the great info on The forum.
