I'm thankful for my fairly new lgbe. It's a great hobby, learning experience, challenge and fun. My knowledge and skill of cooking has increased exponentially largely due to y'all. This forum is a great place to hang out and meet great chefs. Hope to hit Salado this year and meet some folks in person. Have a great Turkey Day.
