Are most of y'all gonna FTC the turkey after taking it off the BGE?
It's pretty easy to time. If you finish within an hour of the meal, you're good to go without FTC. Most turkey is served at room temp, anyway, warmed with gravy.
Thx everyone, had it in the cooler for about a hour n a half and it was steaming hot when I broke it out. Successful first spatchcock turkey on the BGE!
