At what temp does everyone smoke their turkey? I did a breast a few weeks back and it got a littler hotter than I wanted...about 260-270. It was still very good...just curious what y'all do. Pulled it off at an internal temp of 165.

I think most of the temps that I have seen for Turkey has been 325-350
Most of the recommendations has been that its not good to do Turkey "Low & Slow" will absorb to much smoke.
Did my test turkey at 325 and was 13# and was done in under 2 hours, was probably done about 1:40, but wasnt paying attention.
And was the best turkey I have ever had...
Good luck
