We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! 1st Turkey

Tried my first turkey Saturday, it was a 10 pounder put some dizzy rub on it and cooked to 170 deg. Breast temp and at took about 3 hours. It was awesome, will cook a 20-25 pounder Thanksgiving. Ay idea how long it will take cooking indirect at around 300-deg. Also put in some apple and pecan chunks for a good smoke flavor.
