Where can I find pink salt?

Do any chain stores carry it? Could I substitute Tender Quick?

I know TQ contains sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite, sugar, and some other things. Not sure what pink salt consists of? May change the entire recipe?

@Focker williams sonoma has it thats where i've been getting mine for now ,about ten dollars for a jar the one by me carries it in store

Found some on amazon. 1 lb for $13.50, made by D.Q.

May have to use brother's prime account to get it here on time.

Academy has it, just looked yesterday. 4 oz bottles

I got mine from butcher packer. Cheaper by the ounce, think s&h was covered since I ordered Charcuterie at the same time.

what are you looking to cure? i could only finder mortons tq here and I was making bacon and i found several recipes using that with just a google. bacon just finished day 2 i think it will be done in another 2 recipe called for 7 days but i don't think my belly was as thick as most. i can report back if you will like
