Demo cook in Plano Saturday

If there are any newbies who are curious about egging pork butts, stop by Elliotts Hardware eleven, or so, tomorrow to see what the Egg can do. There will be plenty to eat! Plus, egged chicken legs and smoked sausage...and an egged chocolate cake to boot!

    Yes, you are correct. I put two nine -pounders on at noon. Injected, rubbed and smoking over sweet, sweet pecan!
