What accessories should my wife buy me for Christmas this year? I have an XL with a platesetter, cheap thermometer that works fine but is slow, decent cooking utensils, and a rib rack. What do you guys recommend? I want a Thermapen and a cast iron cooking surface. Who makes the best CI?

(From Me) I love that if you spend $100 and get 1 hour of free parking........... but if you triple your buy, they throw in an extra hour! Awesome.

1 • Off Topic Disagree Agree 1Likefrom CGS:: For searing on cast iron grids, we recommend BGE's 15-inch medium or 18-inch large cast iron girds (items 15CI and 18CI, respectfully). If you routinely do large numbers of steak, go with the 18. If you routinely do four or less steaks, the 15 is a good size grid. The 15-inch diameter matches well with our Lump Reducing Rings.
