We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Finally finished (95%...) my table.

After piddling around with this thing for 3 months, I finally got it to a point where I can start using it.  There're only a few more small things to do, but I'm done with it for now.  I promptly started cranking out some food with it and, damn, I'm impressed.  This thing is beyond awesome.  First fire-up = I hit 700* on accident.  Was not expecting it to take off so quickly.  Whoops.
