I have got to get back on the wagon...

....the food wagon that is.  Since the July wedding adventure I have been eating really badly.

Here is my latest sin.  Marinated wings, done indirect at 400.  Top layer took 35 minutes and the bottom 45.

OMG, I ate french fries, I am going to rot in hades.

    From the end of July to the end of tomato season I lost twelve pounds, and actually didn't fire up my Eggs much at all.
    Since early October, I've been drifting back to smoked meats and homemade pastas, and got ten of those pounds back already... 
    :(
    Fortunately, most of the ski areas are opening this week, that usually arrests my circumferal growth until Spring...

    I think it looks like a pretty tasty meal. You can't be healthy all the time. Now I'm craving wings and fries.
