We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Pig on Pig

Pork tenderloins wrapped in homemade bacon.  One was marinated in Allegro hot and spicy, the other rubbed with Native Texan rub from the Savory Spice shop in Austin.  Cooked direct to internal temp of 145.  Tenderloins were awesome, the bacon added a nice touch.  Also did a round of drumsticks for the kiddos.  Will definitely be doing this again.
