Going for my first attempt at Cazzy's wings today. Didn't have any rice wine, so I used cooking Sherry. I know, not the same, but you do what you have to do. Can't wait to try them.

    They got put off until tomorrow. Spent the evening sighting in rifles for the upcoming season. Kids were hungry and it was too late to fire up the egg without having a cranky family. Oh well, that just means the wings will marinade longer. I've read that they pick up more heat the longer they marinade. I hope so! Pics will follow tomorrow.
