How to do a london broil?

Any tips? I was thinking 400 degrees about 10 minutes each side....

That would work. I've had London broil at fests and it was done hot and fast to med-rare tops

400 is good. 10 minutes might be a bit long for me depending on how thick. Hot, fast and slice thin across the grain. I like it medium rare and pull it about 122 to rest 5-10 minutes. This is where the Thermopen shines.My actuary says I'm dead.

If you have any left over it makes great chilli instead of ground beef.
