Frozen Wing Question

I bought some fresh wings a few weeks ago but did not cook them all at the time so I wrap them using the food saver and placed in the freezer. I thawed them today to place in the fridge to air dry for crispy skin (I HOPE). My question is will these be OK in the fridge until Friday evening or should I cook them tomorrow. Just not sure since they were frozen and how soon the should be cooked after thawed....... Thanks for the help......

  • They are good in the fridge. If you want to make sure they are crispy season them and shake them in a bag with some cornstarch.

nailed it - what more to say.  I would like to know how it turns out for you.  Just did the same with half a pack of wings from Costco will thaw them when the craving for wings hits.
