No time for a plan, just reach into the freezer, pull out a chuck roast, sprinkle on some salt, pepper, garlic, and cumin.

Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

The thinking, if there has been any so far, is that it will be done between now and about 6:00 pm, and yes, expecting to pull it! Went light on the spices for the fam, they're 'lightweights'.

After one hour on the Egg at 220F dome IT of the frozen chuck roast is now 110F. No planning necessary !
