So easy. Rub with herbs de provance and some extra thyme and rosemary. 350F indirect grid for an hour. Put over direct "exposed" area for 5 mins to crisp up. Delish!

I just got a fresh batch of herbs de provence from my mailorder vendor, but last weekend did a chicken with McCormick's Chicken rub... :-<Guess it'll be slightly-different chicken again this weekend..._____________
