We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Breakfast on the egg

Ok this isn't the healthiest breakfast but it sure was good. Fired the egg up to 350, direct. Put my iron grill on and tossed on thick strips of bacon. We love potato pancakes. I shred the spuds, salt and pepper and lawry's season salt. Put those on the grill after the bacon comes off and then, it wouldn't be complete with a couple of liquid chickens, done over/easy. Grilled extra bacon for baked beans tonight with ribs.
