My wife took over a garden plot recently. There were existing plants growing already, so all kinds of random stuff had been coming home this summer.
The other day she brought home purple potatoes, so I chopped them up with olive oil, garlic, oregano, rosemary and various spices.
They're cooking now - we'll see how they turn out. Anyone else have experience with purple potatoes? I'm new to this hue.

We make a hash out of them by dicing and frying up with onions. Olive oil, some turmeric, and DP Raging River is a winner.
